Registration and defence of your brand name and logo in the United States, the European Union and internationally through WIPO. We run the clearance search, file the application, answer the examiner and keep the deadlines under control until the certificate arrives.

A written answer to a specific question: can I use this name, is this design protectable, what do I do about a competitor copying me, how do I structure IP ownership between founders. You book a call, we send an opinion you can actually act on.

The agreements that decide who owns what: licences, assignments, NDAs, development and distribution contracts. We draft them from scratch or review the one already on your desk and tell you, in plain language, what you are signing.

Registration with the U.S. Copyright Office for designs, photographs, software, texts and audiovisual work. In the United States registration is what lets you sue and claim statutory damages — without it, your rights are hard to enforce.

Prices are per application and exclude VAT where applicable. Official fees are set by the USPTO, EUIPO and the U.S. Copyright Office and can change. Contested matters — oppositions, cancellations, litigation — are quoted case by case.
